One of my Facebook friends, Roger Webb, an evangelist from Orlando (see The Miracle Ministry of Roger Webb), FL, shares very simply on how to heal the sick.

Healings at Revival Outreach Center

On December 20, 2009, Pastor Rick Wilson, of Revival Outreach Center (our home church), Dover, FL, received a word of knowledge about various growths being healed. John Carter gives testimony of how his swollen lymph glands, about which he had some concern, were drastically reduced that day and continued to heal throughout the week.


Dani Sawtelle tells how a lump in her side drastically reduced after another church member took Pastor Wilson's word of knowledge and prayed over Dani. The lump, about the size of an egg, immediately and drastically reduced that morning.

Awakening at International House of Prayer

A Holy Spirit awakening has broken out in Kansas City, MO, at the University of International House of Prayer.

It all began on November 4, on the last day of the monthly Global Bridegroom Fast at the International House of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOP–KC). A move of the Holy Spirit began to stir during the student chapel at IHOPU, as students testified about receiving deliverance from self-hatred, shame, and depression. Students began to experience supernatural joy at the revelation of God's love for them. A powerful spirit of joy rested on many the next day at the IHOPU student-led 6:00am prayer meeting, and the Spirit continued to move throughout the week in our classes and during the faculty meetings ...

On November 11, during a 9:00am class of first-year students, led by Allen Hood and Wes Hall at International House of Prayer University (IHOPU), the Spirit moved in their midst with physical healings, deliverance, and a spirit of joy. That class, on November 11, continued for more than 15 hours. The word spread quickly, and over 2,000 people spontaneously gathered in the auditorium from all over the Kansas City area, as deliverance and physical healings increased. The meeting continued well past midnight. Recognizing that the Spirit was moving, the leadership of IHOPU canceled all classes for the next few days so that we could gather to receive all that the Spirit wanted to do ...

What started during our IHOPU student chapel on November 4 is continuing today. Visitors are pouring in from many places, with some driving over 1,000 miles overnight to participate in these meetings. Consequently, on November 12, we moved the Prayer Room to our Forerunner School of Ministry sanctuary from 6:00pm to midnight each night, to accommodate more people. We will continue these nightly meetings as the Holy Spirit leads us. We earnestly pray that this awakening will continue, as our nation is in desperate need of another great awakening in this hour.

Man's Foot Grows Two Sizes

Here is a man who received healing for his foot, which was two sizes smaller than his other foot. He used to have to buy two pairs of shoes at a time in order to end up with one good pair he could wear. No more. Now his feet are the same size after Roger Webb prayed for him in Jesus' name.

Healing Miracles on the Streets of Dudley, UK

God has been doing healing miracles on the streets of Dudley, England, through the prayer ministry of Richard Steel. In this first clip, a man is healed of partial deafness and his wife is healed of tinnitus. They also received the Lord Jesus Christ.


A woman receives a double miracle — healing for a problem in her mouth and for arthritis in her knee. She felt the power of the Holy Spirit come upon her.


A lady is miraculously healed of chronic arthritis in her back with which she had suffered for ten years (on a scale of 1 to 10, she described the pain as a 10). When Richard prayed for her in Jesus' name, the healing power of God manifested. She felt a warm sensation and numbness coming into her back, and the pain was gone. And now she can straighten her back without pain.

Gospel For Asia Reports Healing Miracles in India

In India, a missionary named Mihir, who is supported by Gospel For Asia, reports many healing miracles that happened when he and his church prayed. Testimonies include a man who was healed of leprosy, a young woman healed of paralysis, a woman healed of brain cancer, another woman who was delivered of a demonic spirit, and an infertile couple who were finally able to conceive after the church prayed for them. All in evidence of the healing ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ. “Miracles are being seen throughout Asia, and the Lord is using Mihir to bring glory to His name among people who wouldn't otherwise know about Him.” Read the full article.

Healing the Comatose by Prayer

One word from the glory — “Wake up, Sleeping Beauty!” — was all it took to release the resurrection power into the intensive care unit (ICU). The young woman walked out of the hospital three days later, pushing her nurse in a wheelchair!

Mahesh and Bonnie Chavda, the pastors of All Nations Church in Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA, give that testimony about a woman who was in a diabetic coma. The doctors had pronounced her brain-dead.

They also share the story of a young man named Matt who was seriously injured in an avalanche. Broken shattered legs and facial bones, broken ribs, severe back injuries, and a blood clot in a main artery leading to the brain left him comatose, completely unresponsive and on life support. Miraculously, and quite surprising to the skeptical doctor, Matt began to respond when his family prayed. CharismaMag.com tells their story:

We prayed, calling him back to life, as did many others at that time. The next morning his mother called. She was thrilled — someone had noticed Matt move one foot, seemingly in response to a touch or a voice. A skeptical doctor came when called and was surprised to confirm that Matt was actually responding, though in a very limited and unpredictable way. The state of coma was still profound. It continued for weeks.

We received another urgent call for prayer as Matt was returned to ICU with pneumonia and other complications. That night in class we watched the DVD of the [Rend the Heavens] conference and heard Mahesh tell the ‘Sleeping Beauty’ story of the comatose girl. At the end of that testimony Mahesh gave a word that someone in the audience had a relative or friend in a coma whom the Lord wanted to heal, and instructed that person to stand. He even spoke of someone watching by recorded media who knew someone in a coma.

My husband and I were sitting across the room from each other. We looked at each other in astonishment at this word and instantly stood to our feet in the classroom. Our class prayed according to Mahesh’s leading, calling “Sleeping Beauty” to awaken.

The next day, I got a call from my friend, who was ecstatic — her son had awakened from his coma! Matt is home now, working hard to complete his recovery. Given the force of the accident and the extent of his injuries, it is a wonder that Matt is alive. That he awoke from his coma, wasn’t paralyzed, and can walk and function with anything near normalcy is an absolute miracle, a powerful testimony to the power of God!

An Israeli Woman Supernaturally Led to Messiah

Yesterday we shared the testimony how the Lord used Sean Steckbeck for healing ministry and the prophetic word in Dimona, Israel. His wife, Ayelet Steckbeck, is a native Israeli who received Yeshua as her Messiah through supernatural circumstances. Prophecy and Healing in Dimona, Israel

Sean Steckbeck, one of my online friends, recently posted this testimony at Faith and Fellowship Forums, a board I frequent. Sean lives in Beer Sheva, Israel, where he is heavily involved in house church ministry. He is also perfecting his skills as a tour guide. Here, with his permission, is what he recently experienced:

Well, today I was shopping at the local grocery store here in Beer Sheva and the Holy Spirit kept on speaking to me “Dimona!”

Dimona is a town of around 40,000 people and is around a 20 minute drive southeast from Beer Sheva. Most people know this town because of Israel’s nuclear plant. It is a highly religious/traditional town made up of Eastern Jews (Yemen, Morocco, etc.). Most importantly, it is unreached, with no congregations. TACF [Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship] and John Arnott once did a conference in Dimona, no one from Dimona showed up, of course, it was mainly from congregations all over the other cities in the Negev and some from Jerusalem, etc. Dimona just provided a cheap meeting hall fit for all congregations together. Anyways, it is an unreached city.

So the Holy Spirit spoke to me tonight, I jumped in the car and drove 20 minutes to Dimona to obey the Lord.

After I parked at an outdoor shopping center, the Holy Spirit spoke to me about someone with a neck problem in the sporting goods store. So I went in the store and there were only 3-4 people in that store. I asked who has a problem with their neck, and two people actually did out of 3-4. One of them , M, got prayed for and was healed and gladly received a NT [New Testament].

Next I went to the grocery store to buy some snacks and get a divine appointment. While in the check-out lane, the Holy Spirit speaks to me about a leg problem and shoulder problem, it happened to be the guy in front of me who then was in total shock. Then I looked at his wife and said, “you have chronic headaches.” They shouted, “Where in the world did you come from?”

So I followed them out to their car, prayed for them, and they were healed, receiving also a NT.

The Holy Spirit then spoke to me to go to the pub of the city. After arriving in the pub, they asked me what I came for. I told them that God sent me and he wants to heal the sick. One man asked me to pray for his back problem, shocked, he was healed. Afterwards, the manager of the pub had neck problems. I prayed for him, also in total shock, he was healed. Then I prayed and prophesied over the girl serving at the bar. Shocked, she was totally healed also of chronic headaches. They gave me their phone numbers and want to be in touch. They are all sabra native Israeli Jews. The manager of the bar gave me a free drink as a “thank you!” I preached the gospel about Yeshua and they all received my message and want to know more.

There was a Bedouin watching all the bar healings (what a Muslim Bedouin was doing in a bar, I have no idea) ... anyways, he was so interested, he also wanted to talk to me about this and took my phone number.

Remember the Negev Bedouins, numbering over 100,000 and living mostly in the Beer Sheva-Dimona-Arad area, have only one known believer right now meeting with us that got saved last month!

So anyways, praise God for a fruitful spontaneous trip!

Sean added this follow-up in an email to me:

I just got a phone call from the couple at the grocery store an hour ago. He got his brother on the phone and the Lord gave me some prophetic words. It was right on.

We will meet with their entire family next week to speak about the gospel. They invited us!

An unreached city could have its first congregation.

Praise the Lord!

God is reaching into Dimona with the good news of Yeshua the Messiah.

Healed and Declared Cancer-Free

Georgian and Winnie Banov, of Global Celebration, share this testimony in their “Bliss Report” of a woman who was healed of a rare form of cancer. She had been diagnosed as terminal, but following the healing, her doctor declared her cancer-free.

Three months ago, we held a city-wide “Healing Explosion” in Seattle. Heidi Baker was our guest speaker for Thursday night, and before sharing her message Heidi invited everyone who had been diagnosed with a terminal disease to come forward and find a resting spot on the platform. The stage quickly filled up with people who were desperate for a healing touch from Jesus. Some sat and others laid down with pillows and blankets. Next, Heidi called all of the children forward to pray for the sick. The children began to sweetly minister, and Heidi began to preach her message. As the people on the platform soaked in the in the Glory, the Lord did His wonderful work.

The precious woman whose head was fully bandaged and covered in a black scarf (seen above) had been diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer in February. That night, she prayed with Heidi to receive Jesus, AND she was healed. Her daughter wrote to us after visiting the Doctor on Monday. Her physician used these exact words, “Go live your life, you are CANCER FREE!”— Praise you King Jesus!

A Methodist Church in PA is [reporting] that a whole lot of healing has been going on there:

God is pouring out His Spirit upon a Methodist Church in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania bringing forth numerous manifestations of physical healing. Members of the Washington Crossing United Methodist Church are being used to minister the healing power of God both within the sanctuary and in the marketplace. Healing Revival at Disneyland

Healing Among the Boxcar Gypsies

Global Celebration, a ministry founded by Georgian Banov and his wife Winnie, reports these healing miracles as they have ministered in Bulgaria Gypsies in a little are known as the "Boxcars": A woman is healed of toothache by a word of knowledge. A young man is healed of back pain by a word of knowledge. His wife is healed of a cyst by prayer. (You might notice some of the gypsies shaking there heads from side to side. In the States, this means No, but in Bulgaria, this means Yes.)

The Miracle Ministry of Revivalist Roger Webb

Roger Webb, an evangelist based in Orlando, FL, is seeing the healing, miracle-working power of God regularly at his meetings. Sometimes broadcast on Ustream, his meetings have brought forth numerous miracles in viewers and he has received many healing testimonies at his Facebook page. He reports some of these here, including: knees healed, dental miracles, torn rotator cuff no longer torn, and relief from asthma, bronchitis, firbromyalgia, and various other pains and afflictions. Also included are healing testimonies — too many to list here — from recent meetings in Fowlerville, MI and Cleveland, OH.

• A ninety-one year old woman whose broken fingers had been improperly set — the doctor said she would never be able to close her fist completely — received prayer and was able to close her fist with ease. She also prayed that night to receive Christ.
• A pastor who suffered with arthritis received healing prayer and was instantly healed. He went away pain-free.
  
• After the laying on of hands, an elderly man with bad back, knees and elbows was able to move without pain.
• His wife, who suffered from emphysema and had one lung removed, coughed up phlegm during the meeting. At the end, when Roger prayed for her, she coughed up what phlegm was remaining and, to her surprise, found her lung was clear.
  
• A thirteen year old girl was healed of stomach cramp pain.
• Here mother was also healed of a particular pain.
  
• The tumor on a woman's leg disappeared.
  
• Woman healed of bone spurs on spine (She had it for 6 years), and growth on her neck disappeared (it was the size of a small egg).
• Man healed of Multiple Sclerosis (had for 17 years).
• Woman healed of degenerative arthritis in her hips (she called friend and friend was healed of bone spurs on spine also).
• Man healed of injured knee (came in walking on cane left carrying it!).
• Woman's little finger healed.
• Man had financial miracle for his business.
• Woman's wrist and ear healed.
• Man healed of TMJ (a jaw condition).
• Woman healed of digestive problems.

God is still doing today what He has always done in and through His Church.

One woman is healed of deafness, another has her hip healed, a musician with carpal tunnel is healed. The young man preached the gospel and these folks received the Lord Jesus Christ.

Expect God’s Mighty Acts Today

Reading Bill Johnson’s book, Release the Power of Jesus, I came across a sermon quote from Charles Haddon Spurgeon. I include it here, with a bit more from that sermon, because it is so good about expecting to see the power of God today:

When people hear about what God used to do, one of the things they say is: “Oh, that was a very long while ago.” They imagine that times have altered since then …Things were in a different state then from what they are now.” Granted; but I want to know what the things have to do with it. I thought it was God that did it.

Has God changed? Is He not an immutable God, the same yesterday, today and forever? Does not that furnish an argument to prove that what God has done at one time He can do at another? Nay, I think I may push it a little further, and say what He has done once is a prophecy of what He intends to do again — that the mighty works which have been accomplished in the olden time shall all be repeated, and the Lord's song shall be sung again in Zion, and He shall again be greatly glorified.

Others among you say, “Oh, well I look upon these things as great prodigies — miracles. We are not to expect them every day.” That is the very reason why we do not get them. If we had learned to expect them, we should no doubt obtain them, but we put them up on the shelf, as being out of the common order of our moderate religion, as being mere curiosities of Scripture history. We imagine such things, however true, to be prodigies of providence; we cannot imagine them to be according to the ordinary working of His mighty power. I beseech you, my friends, abjure that idea, put it out of your mind. (The Story of God’s Mighty Acts)

Spurgeon knew the mighty acts of God in his own day. He knew about the power of faith to heal in Jesus’ name and experienced many remarkable healings in his ministry. He also had frequent “words of knowledge” about things he could not have known unless God had revealed them to him. I have compiled many of these in Miracles and Manifestations of the Holy Spirit in the History of the Church. God is still doing today what He has always done.

Salvations and Healing Miracles in Nigeria

CharismaMag.com reports that 800,000 accepted Christ in a series of evangelistic meetins recently conducted in Nigeria's Delta State by Rheinhard Bonnke. Many signs and wonders were also reported. According to Bonnke's ministry statement:

The original gospel comes with signs and wonders, and what we witnessed last week was absolutely glorious. Miracles upon miracles. Without the miraculous the gospel would be an empty shell. But Jesus Christ is the same-today. Miracles identify Him.

Miracle reports include:

• The blind receiving sight.
• The lame walking.
• One man said he was healed of HIV/AIDS.
• "One pastor had been shot in the arm by robbers and the arm had died. He had spent a small fortune on doctors trying to save the arm, but they were unable to restore it and so he was scheduled to have it amputated ... After the prayer, he received feeling in his hand again and use of two of his fingers, and his hand was still improving in real time as he gave his testimony."
• A thirty-five year old man who was deaf and mute from birth, received his hearing and was able to repeat words after healing prayer.
• A thirty-two year old man born lame no longer had to crawl around but was able to get up and walk.
• A woman who was injured in an accident and unable to walk correctly demonstrated her healing by leaping on the platform.
• Tens of thousands received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Bonnke said,

We ought to have a blazing neon sign in every church with the words: "This Same Jesus." The Jesus we point to is the Jesus of saving grace, miracle power and healing mercy. What He was in the past He still is today. What He did in days gone by He still does in our day. When we preach Jesus as He is, He reveals Himself in confirmation of what is said."

Healing Miracles in a Netherlands Pub

Joel News International reports on an unusual "miracles and healing" meeting that took place in a Netherlands pub, where many were healed in the name of Jesus. According to organizer Marjan Spijkman,

Nine people, mainly women from the neighborhood, showed up ... God was powerfully present and healed them from reuma [rheumatism], emotional wounds, urination problems, and other hurts. One woman, who was nearly deaf, could hear again, to the surprise of her daughter and the other guests. You know, these women have a reputation in their neighborhood for being hard and bitter. But Jesus Christ touched them, they cried in our arms. Afterwards two women applied for an introductory course about Jesus. The owners of the pub invited us back and suggested that we would use the larger room in the pub, as they are expecting more people to come.

Thorugh believers like Marjan, Jesus is still doing today what He did two thousand years ago, going to where the needy are and bringing them salvation and healing.
